Skills Solutions is one of the largest providers of Apprenticeships in the North West and is responsible for the delivery of a complete range of training solutions on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce in Greater Manchester.

Now recruiting for a number of posts, we are looking for people who can demonstrate professional competence with training/assessment experience in the following role to be based at our Skill Centre in Trafford Park
Motor Vehicle Assessor (Ref: AS1101) - £17,000 - £27,000
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners including apprentices, Train to Gain and Adult Apprentices. They will be required to plan, assess and deliver competence and knowledge based training in a variety of settings at NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Light Vehicle/Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
It is essential that applicants for the post are highly motivated and can demonstrate a flexible approach to work and excellent time management skills. They will need an in depth up to date knowledge of the Motor Vehicle sector and ideally hold an assessor qualification (D32/D33 A1).
The post is based in Greater Manchester but will require travel throughout the Northwest so a car is essential for the post. CRB checks will be required prior to appointment
