e2e is a learning programme for young people who are not ready to join an Apprenticeship, go to college or get a job.

Young people not participating in any form of post 16-18 age range learning are eligible. e2e provides greater flexibility in meeting the needs of individual learners.

The programme offers the opportunity to develop their motivation, confidence, and personal effectiveness, basic and/or key skills and understanding through sampling a range of work and learning opportunities to eventually gain qualifications up to NVQ Level 1.

e2e is not time bound but is based on the need of the individual. It is not specified in terms of guided learning hours or attendance, other than meeting the minimum requirements and is not qualification driven.
