Build a Better Business is a comprehensive business improvement programme delivered over a 6 month period. It is designed to help the attendees understand what is, and how to develop an effective business plan that will aid the growth of their business. In addition it covers all subject headings from the workplace that will have an implication upon achievment of the plan.
Target audience is Directors, Owners/Proprietors and Senior Managers of businesses within the Automotive Sector.
