Employer Led Apprenticeship
If you want to go directly into employment, and gain your qualifications whilst earning a real wage, our employer led programmes are the best choice for you.
Using our wide range of available employers, we will help you to secure a position where you will be given the opportunity to work in the industry from the start of your programme, and complete your training on a day-release scheme at a training centre or college. Over two years you will undertake NVQ level 2 plus a Technical Certificate in a vehicle apprenticeship.
In years 3 and 4, as an Advanced Apprentice, you will work towards the NVQ level 3, gaining your qualification through assessment in the workplace. Day-release training will also continue, enabling you to work towards an appropriate Technical Diploma.
