GMPower (Pre 16)
GMPower is an innovative, successful programme, delivered by Manchester Solutions, which allows learners aged between 14 and 16 the chance to combine work-based experience with the curriculum.
The two-year programme allows young people to attend work placements one day a week and school for the remaining four days, and can lead to a Level 1 Vocational Related Qualification (VRQ) in vehicle repair.
GMPower services are flexible and proven routes for young people to progress onto Apprenticeships or employment and develop the skills the automotive industry needs.
