CPC Qualifications

In partnership with Bolton University, Automotive and Logistics Solutions are pleased to offer the following Certficates in Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Transport qualifications:
CPC National Road Haulage
CPC National Road Passenger
CPC International Road Haulage
CPC International Road Passenger
Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC)
This is a new qualification following the EU Directive of 2003 and is a requirement for all drivers known as Periodic Training. All PSV drivers must complete their requisite training by 2013 and all LGV drivers need to complete their training by September 2014. Having completed the course of study, 5 units of 7 hours for both PSV/LGV categories, there is a requirement to upgrade these qualifications every 5 years.
Courses cost £40 per unit, £200 in total.
Discounts are available dependant upon numbers attending courses.
Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce members are eligible for up to 25% discount.
