For many start-ups in the last year road has been rocky to say the least and the automotive trade has been no different. But one member firm has benefited from savvy luxury car owners looking to get a great deal on their servicing.
Eccles-based Supercar Clinic is the brainchild of friends Nas Khan, Many Meyer, and Abi Awan who saw a gap in the market of providing high-quality independent car servicing for the region's well heeled car owners.
Many and Abi were no newcomers to servicing top performance vehicles with both boasting over 25 years of experience in the industry and several loyal clients in London and the South East. The friends decided to bring their expertise up to the North West and over the past 12 months established a loyal customer base with its to personalised door-to-door service for a whole host of top notch premium marks, including Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Massarati.
Undoubtedly one factor that has helped in their first year has been the desire of even the wealthy car owner to get the best deal in relation to servicing. As Nas explained:
"Price does matter at the moment and this applies across the whole market. Changes to the block exemption laws also helped allowing car owners to get their vehicles serviced at independents like ourselves without affecting their warranty. This means that people are now free to shop around and look for the best price as well as service."
Supercar Clinic offer a fixed price menu servicing as well as bodywork repairs, performance upgrades, restoration services, annual check-ups to full engine rebuilds on-site - guaranteeing the vehicle is properly cared for by our experts from start to finish. Their personalised service has proved extremely popular attracting sports personalities and celebrities in the area as well as customers from as far a field as Tilbury, and it's a service that the company pride themselves on. Nas continued:
"Clients even have the opportunity to meet the technicians working on their vehicle in our workshop and servicing facility. We do not cut corners on service and quality, and we have the same equipment you would expect to find in any of the dealerships. But our customers benefit on saving up to 50% off dealer prices all with total peace of mind."
The team were also keen to help nurture some future talent and have taken on apprentice, Robert Foster through the Chamber's Automotive Solutions arm.
Future plans include a plan to develop a specialised parts service to supply parts worldwide, which the Chamber's International team are advising on, as well as setting up another centre to serve clients in London and the South East.
